摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating film wherein film characteristics such as adhesiveness and a tension-imparting property are improved by improving properties of the insulating film formed on the surface of a steel sheet in the final step of a production method of the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet, the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet having the insulating film and its production method. <P>SOLUTION: The insulating film excellent in tension-imparting property comprises colloidal silica covered with a metal phosphate (preferably aluminum phosphate) and a phosphate as essential components and, preferably, further comprises a chromate or boric acid as components other than the essential components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
