PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat slicer for improving service lives of scraper and round blade by preventing contact of the scraper and a cutting edge of the round blade. SOLUTION: A guide 14 is provided in a course of a reciprocating motion of the scraper 9 pressed toward a blade rear face 7 of the round blade 2.
