PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an effect of increasing the heat exchange quantity between a heat exchange medium and an evaporator by forcedly evaporating a liquid refrigerant by an ultrasonic oscillator, in which the refrigerant obtains a heat energy necessary for the evaporation, thereby reducing the evaporator temperature, and to provide an air conditioner or refrigerator having a high efficiency and an excellent energy saving effect by applying this refrigeration cycle to the air conditioner or refrigerator. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic oscillator is provided in the evaporator 6, whereby a forced vibration by ultrasonic wave is given to the refrigerant to cause a local reduction in pressure of the liquid refrigerant which cannot dynamically follow up the forced vibration, whereby the refrigerant is forcedly evaporated.
