PURPOSE: A method for selling article on an Internet site through charged bidding is provided to minimize loss of a bidding operator and increase a winning probability of bidders by closing the bidding only if an accumulation of a bidding fee is over a cost of goods, while an opportunity for receiving the article with the bidding fee is offered to the bidder. CONSTITUTION: It is checked that a bidding participation request is received from a login bidder information terminal(76). The bidding fee is inputted from the bidder requesting bidding participation and is accumulated. A right to repeatedly open a bid is given to the bidder depending on the bidding fee. The bidder assigns bidder information to a desired bidding number(78). If the accumulation is over a sale price of the article, closing of the bidding is notified(82). A successful bidder is informed by selecting one from the bidding number(86).
