<p>PURPOSE: To structure an interactive graphic user interface for an enlarged displayed projection image. CONSTITUTION: The computer display system consists of a display means 2 such as a projector, a position indicator 3, a light source L, a camera means 4, and a computer 1. The display means 2 enlarges and projects a specific projection image on a screen S in front of it according to given output image data. The position indicator 3 consists of a manually operated rod member and displays desired position information on the projection image 6 one over the other by using a shadow projected on the screen S. The light source L irradiates the screen S with invisible light from behind. The camera means 4 picks up an image of the rod member that is lit with the invisible light from behind and generates input image data containing the position information. A computer 1 processes input image data to extract position information, processes the original output image data on the basis of the extracted information, and supplies new updated, modified, or edited output image data to the display means 2.</p> |
