PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine composition much more excellent as a cytokinin production inhibitor, etc. SOLUTION: The medicine composition comprises at least one of riboflavin, a riboflavin derivative and their pharmaceutically permissible salts and at least one of ubidecarenone, a ubidecarenone derivative and their pharmaceutically permissible salts as active ingredients. The ameliorant for physical fatigue comprises riboflavin sodium phosphate and ubidecarenone in the ratio of 0.001-100 parts wt. of ubidecarenone based on 1 part wt. of riboflavin sodium phosphate.
