摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate influence of external environment such as a change with the passage of time or the like by holding an a.c. and d.c. current supply circuit, and a rectifier in high insulating gas in a closed container, charging a supplied d.c. cable in the closed container, and converting an a.c. current flowing through another current-carrying auxiliary cable through a current transformer into a d.c. current. SOLUTION: A supplied d.c. cable 11 is charged with d.c. high voltage through a charging lead cable 14 from a d.c. high voltage generating device 12. Meanwhile, an a.c. current is generated in a current-carrying auxiliary cable 15 from a d.c. power supply through a current-carrying CT 21, and converted into a d.c. current through an a.c. current supply circuit 17, a rectifier 16 and a d.c. current supply circuit 18 so that d.c. is applied. The electric circuits are supported by an insulating bushing 13, having a connecting terminal at the base and a conductor lead rod at the upper part in the atmosphere of high inslating gas such as SF6 gas in a closed container 10.
