COMPUTER COOLING DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH MCS USING CAPILLARY

PURPOSE: A computer cooling device equipped with an MCS(Micro Cooling System) using capillary is provided to perform natural circulation without receiving external power and an influence of gravity. CONSTITUTION: A cooling plate(100) has a cooling fan(110) at one side and an accepting groove(101) at the inside. An MCS accepting part(102) is accepted to a central bottom in the cooling plate. Joining to an upper side of the MCS accepting part and facing an opposite side to a processor(130), the MCS(120) has a cooling cycle advancing heat exchange by repeating self-condensation/evaporation with use of the capillary in order to cool heat generated from a processor.
