PURPOSE: A method for performing a teleconference by using mobile communication terminals is provided to perform a teleconference in real time without regard to place by using a multimedia message function of a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A conference caller converts a mode of a mobile communication terminal into a conference mode and transmits a conference start message to a plurality of constituents through a multimedia message server. The conference caller transmits a conference information message to the plurality of constituents through the multimedia message server and performs a multipoint teleconference. The plurality of constituents transmit predetermined messages to the conference caller through the multimedia message server.
