FORKLIFT TRUCK HAVING FUNCTION OF JACK-UP AND CLEANING BY USING HYDRAULIC CYLINDER AND ELECTROMAGNET

PURPOSE: A forklift truck function of jack-up and cleaning is provided to get the forklift struck out of a pool easily by using a HYDRAULIC CYLINDER applied to a jack-up structure and a ELETROMAGNET applied to cleaning structure, to check and repair the rear part of the forklift struck efficiently and to clean the metal waste on a ground. CONSTITUTION: A forklift truck having function of jack-up and cleaning includes a jack-up part and a cleaning part. The jack-up part comprises a hydraulic pump pumping the operating oil in an operating oil storing tank by being operated by an operation shaft of an engine of the forklift truck; a control valve which is connected to the hydraulic pump and has an option valve to guide the operating oil pumped from the hydraulic pump to the option valve; an hydraulic cylinder(15) connected to the option valve of the control valve and installed to the rear of the forklift truck to lift up the rear of the forklift truck; and a support plate(16) which is installed to a front end of a hydraulic cylinder rod(15a) and faces with the floor. The cleaning part comprises a key switch connected to a generator generating electric current from an forklift truck's engine or a storage battery to control the intensity of an electric current applied to a circuit; a relay connected to the key switch to switch a circuit contact; and a blade member(24) for the cleaning installed to the rear of the forklift truck by the relay an electromagnet.
