QUANTITATIVE INTRODUCING DEVICE FOR HONEY BEES FEED COMPOSED OF POLLEN AND SUGAR

PURPOSE: Provided is an introducing device for honey bee feed of pollen and sugar which supplies appropriate amount of feed using cylindrical method so that feeding is rapid and simple. The device makes sufficient living and activity space for bees and prevents solidifying of feed by supplying appropriate amount of feed. CONSTITUTION: The introducing device comprises: a cylinder(10) which is supported by a frame: a pressure plate which is located at the bottom of the cylinder rod(11) and equipped with a feed introducing pipe at one side and a ventilation hole at the other side; a feed supply cylinder(20) providing space for honey bee feed as the pressure plate moves up and down; pressure pins(30) which are located at bottom part of the feed supply cylinder(20) and supply certain amount of feed by the pressure from the pressure plate; several sensors situated at a certain distance inside the feed supply cylinder(20) in order to sense the down fall of the pressure plate; a control part which works under signal from sensor and controls movement of the cylinder; and a warning buzzer when the pressure plate contacts the sensor which is located at the end of the several sensor.
