PURPOSE: A system for wirelessly managing clients and a method therefor are provided to manage a plurality of clients by one hub, thereby effectively preventing children or handicapped persons from missing in a place managing a group of children or handicapped persons. CONSTITUTION: One hub wirelessly communicates with a plurality of clients by using RF(Radio Frequency). The hub includes a voice input module, a voice output module, an operation key input module, a storage module storing a distance separation signal, a channel opening signal, an ID of each client and a master ID and sound data, a voice communication module, a data output module, a measuring wave transmission module, and a control unit. The control unit transmits measuring wave, compares a received distance separation signal with a distance separation signal stored in the storage module, compares the received ID with an ID stored in the storage module, outputs the stored sound data to the voice output module, confirms whether a user input a key, generates carrier wave at the voice communication module, and transmits the channel opening signal and the ID of the client. The client includes a voice input module, a voice output module, an operation key input module, a storage module storing a distance separation signal, a channel opening signal, an ID of each client and a master ID and sound data, a voice communication module, an RF sensor sensing magnitude of the received measuring wave, a measuring wave receiving module, and a control unit.
