PURPOSE: An injecting portion of a vacant vessel sealed by heat is cut, and fluid is filled and sealed again, thereby improving sanitation and productivity. CONSTITUTION: An injecting device for injecting fluid to a vacant vessel is composed of a transferring portion(200) to transfer storing vessels(100) from one end to the other end. A vacant vessel supplying portion(300) supplies a vacant vessel to the transferring portion. A cutting portion(400) cut the upper part of the vacant vessel. A fluid injecting portion(500) injects fluid to the vacant vessel. A heating portion(600) heats the injecting portion of the vacant vessel. A forming portion(700) forms the injecting portion of the vessel.
