TIRE WHEEL WITH A STOPPED ADVERTISEMENT BOARD USING FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD BEARINGS

PURPOSE: A tire wheel having a stopped advertisement board is provided to maximize the advertisement effect by restricting rotation of the wheel cap with second and third bearings in rotating the tire wheel during traveling. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement board(50) is rotated and installed in a wheel cap(40) mounted in the outer periphery of a tire wheel(30). The rotation of the advertisement board is restricted by forming vacuum between the inside of the wheel cover and a transparent glass(80) in rotating the tire wheel during traveling and removing friction and resistance to promote the advertisement effect. A second bearing(60b) is mounted in the outer center of the wheel cap, and a third bearing(60c) is installed between a rotating shaft(70) and the advertisement board. A first bearing(60a) is mounted inside the bearing mounted to the wheel cap for leveling.
