PURPOSE: A shower head assembly, which is connected with a front end of the spray tube for a spray, is provided to allow the free rotation, and to regulate the water-spraying shape, like direct, scattering or intensive spray, so as to increase the spray efficiency and simplify the spray work. CONSTITUTION: The shower head assembly(35) includes: a connection body(38), having a thread(36) formed in the rear portion so as to be connected with a front end of a spray tube(31), and a circulation hole(37) within, through which the liquid to be sprayed circulates; a direction regulating body(39), connected with the connection body(38) with a free directionality; a spray tip(40), connected to the direction regulating body(39) and spraying a liquid in the form of trumpet; a male and female connection lugs(41,42), respectively arranged on the upper side of the connection body(38) and the lower side of the direction regulating body(39); a fixing axis(44); a regulation maintaining unit(47); a spray body(54); and a spray plate(59).
