PURPOSE: A watermeter having a counter flow restricting check valve and a water supply control valve is provided to measure the water amount accurately by preventing the blade from reversing, to regulate water supply to the meter body, and to reduce the installation cost by integrally mounting the check valve and the water supply control valve. CONSTITUTION: An inlet pipe(11) and an outlet pipe(12) are arranged at both sides of a meter body(10), and a blade member is rotated according to water stream to operate the metering parts. An axial head part is formed in the outlet of the watermeter body, and a counter flow restricting check valve(14) is installed in the axial head part to automatically open and close the outlet according to the direction of water stream. A water supply control valve(30) is installed in the inlet pipe, and composed of a control pipe part(31) communicated with the meter body and composed of a hollow(32) and a hollow screw part(32a), an adjusting unit(33) combined with the hollow screw part and composed of a drive groove and a sealing lid(35) detachably combined with the sealing screw part to prevent leak of water. A stop ring(36) is installed in the upper part of the control pipe part to prevent displacement of the adjusting unit.
