摘要 PURPOSE: A system for automatically originating a call is provided to decide whether a voice signal generated after call origination is a customer's voice or a voice announcement of a communication provider, thereby increasing call connection rates between a customer and a counselor. CONSTITUTION: A message queue(30) stores data including originating reservation lists and customer origination results. An outbound client(20) stores voice announcements of each communication provider, makes a call to a customer(40) in reference to the reservation lists, decides whether to connect the call with a counselor(50) by determining a voice result when a voice signal is generated, and stores an originating result in the message queue(30). An outbound server(10) stores call lists of the customer(40), predicts the number of reserved calls, extracts telephone numbers of customers as many as the predicted calls, stores the extracted numbers in the message queue(30), and updates the call lists according to the originating result.
