PURPOSE: A lead screw coupling device is provided to achieve improved accuracy of position control and productivity by eliminating the screw cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A guide member is arranged in a screw groove(130) of a lead screw(120) connected to a stepping motor(110), and the flange for fixing the lead screw is arranged at the end of the lead screw. The lead screw of the stepping motor supported by a motor case(150), and the screw groove formed at the outer surface of the lead screw are formed into an integrated injection material. A spherical end(160) is formed integrally with the end of the lead screw. The spherical end is coupled into a spherical coupling groove of a coupling member(190) arranged in a bent end(180) of a support(170) for supporting the lead screw.
