COMBINED GASEOUS DME FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM OF DIESEL ENGINE FOR EASILY APPLYING DME FUEL TO DIESEL ENGINE BY MIXING COMBUSTION AIR WITH LOW-PRESSURE GASEOUS DME FUEL

PURPOSE: A combined gaseous DME(Dimethyl Ether) fuel supply system of a diesel engine is provided to easily apply the DME fuel to the diesel engine by mixing the combustion air with the low-pressure gaseous DME fuel. CONSTITUTION: A low-pressure gaseous DME fuel supply line is formed by sequentially placing a DME fuel tank(4), a shut-off valve(5) installed at the outlet of the fuel tank and a vaporizer/regulator(6) for gasifying the liquid DME fuel and regulating the pressure of the fuel at a low pressure by uniformly decompressing with a diaphragm and a spring. An intake air supply duct is placed with an air filter(8) for filtering the intake exterior air. A fuel-air mixer(7) in which the DME amount is controlled to mix the low-pressure gaseous DME fuel with the filtered intake air in proportion to the intake air flow is installed in an intake port(I) of a cylinder(C).
