LOW MOISTURE DONOR SUBSTRATE COATED WITH ORGANIC LAYERS TRANSFERABLE IN RESPONSE TO INCIDENT RADIATION IN ORDER TO PREVENT SIDE EFFECTS OF MOISTURE

PURPOSE: A low moisture donor substrate coated with organic layers transferable in response to an incident radiation is provided to remove a side effect due to a moisture in a moisture-sensitive laser transferring donor element. CONSTITUTION: A low moisture donor element is used to transfer a moisture sensitive organic material to an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) device. The low moisture donor element includes a low moisture transparent support(12), an absorber antireflecting layer(16) increasing an absorption efficiency of the element, a metallic heat absorbing layer(18) provided on the low moisture transparent support, and an organic transfer layer(28). The organic transfer layer includes one or more heat transferable organic layers arranged over the support.
