PURPOSE: A reading management service method is provided to enhance reading capability level of a member via a systematic reading guidance procedure while increasing reading by inducing reading desire. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. An assessment request on a specific book is received from an accessing member(302). A reading capability index of a member on the specific book is assessed(307). If the reading capability index satisfies a reference range, the accessing member is allowed to use money corresponding to the assessed reading capability index among a fund. A request to use the allowed money is received from the member(309). The money is transferred from the fund to a bank account set by the member(310a-310c, 311a-311c, 312b-312c).
