PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to noises and falling prevention of a grating and display the effect in initial treatment during disaster and emergency occurrence by facilitating attaching and detaching working with a lever rod, and firmly fixing and locking the four corners of the grating with an operation pin and a laying frame wall insertion hole. SOLUTION: The noises and falling prevention of the grating forms a frame flat bar providing a guide hole in the four-corner frame of the grating, a cam bearing support plate constituting a cam, and a slip stop plate, and constitutes the operation pin and a compression coil spring forming a plurality of square grooves of them. The inclination edge of the operation pin is firmly inserted into the insertion hole of the laying frame wall, and a cam claw is engaged with the edge side square groove of the operation pin to lock operation pin return so as to complete of laying of the grating. Detachment detaches the cam claw from the square groove with a lever and a lever receiving plate, and the operation pin is returned into the frame to half-rotate the cam claw so as to be locked.
