<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice polishing apparatus and method, in which, without mixing unpolished rices of different brand lots, a rice polishing is performed continuously by switching optionally a lot automatically rapidly and completely, and the rice polishing from the rices of a large quantity to various kinds of rices of a small quantity can be performed freely. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus composed of an unpolished rice supplying route connected to a rice polishing system, and an air blowing device free in the ventilation, communicating respectively with the rice polishing system and the unpolished rice supplying route, is provided in the rice polishing system, and is further provided with a rice polishing outlet discharging together the rice in the rice cleaning apparatus and the discharge air ventilated from the air blowing device, and a separating section communicating with the rice polishing outlet and making an outside of the rice polishing outlet to be of negative pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
