PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the voltage fluctuation of DC power fed to an electronic device such as a video device at a low cost, when a TV device assembled with the electronic device such as the vide device is on standby. SOLUTION: When AC power is not generated at a secondary winding of a flyback transformer due to the standby of the TV device, the voltage is detected and the standby of the TV device is detected, and DC power fed to an audio circuit of the TV device which is on standby and of which the operation is stopped is composed to DC power fed to the electronic device assembled into the TV device, thus feeding the power to the electronic device assembled into the TV device.
