HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROLLER FOR BRAKE OF HYDRAULIC MOTOR OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A hydraulic controller is provided to improve characteristics of an operation and braking of a rotation unit as preventing being pushed when braking as rapidly increasing pressure of an outlet of a hydraulic motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotary axis rotates, connected to a rotary unit of a heavy equipment as a hydraulic motor(3) increases pressure of an intake port(3a) higher than the pressure of a drain hole(3b) by receiving the pressure of acted fluid supplied from the hydraulic pump when a manual valve(5) manually handled by a driver is rotating. On one hand, the working fluid driving the hydraulic pump(7) is returned to an oil tank(9). The rotation unit(1) rotated stops when the manual valve(5) operated by a driver is positioned at a center, and a direction conversion valve(11) is established for converting the supplement direction of the operation fluid between the manual valve(5) and the hydraulic pressure pump(3) to improve the characteristic of braking of the rotation unit(1).
