<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car care total support system for individually managing the exchange period of the consumable components of the automobile of a customer who has visited a service station (SS) to contribute to the sales promotion of the consumable articles. <P>SOLUTION: In this car care total support system where a host computer (1) is connected through a communication line (2) to service stations terminals (3-1 to 3-n), the host computer is provided with a database in which the personal data of customers and the vehicle maintenance data of automobiles owned by the customers are stored and a consumable article exchange period calculating means for calculating the exchange period of the consumable particles of each automobile based on the vehicle maintenance data. Furthermore, the service station terminal is provided with an input means for inputting the vehicle maintenance data of the database according to the maintenance of the automobiles of the customers and an output means for printing-out my car charts including the vehicle maintenance data and the exchange period of the consumable articles. Thus, it is possible to grasp and manage in a batch the personal information of customers and the maintenance information of the automobiles in this car care total support system. Therefore, it is possible for the customers to accurately grasp the consumable articles whose exchange is necessary and the exchanging period for safely and comfortably drive the automobiles, and it is possible to provide detail services from the point of view of the customer sides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
