<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive in which generation of a resonance current is suppressed among a plurality of inverters. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 50 operates the required current of a motor 70 based on a torque command value TR2 and the r.p.m. MRN2 of a motor from an external ECU, a voltage Vm from a voltage sensor 12, and a DC current Im1 from a current sensor 17. The controller 50 also generates drive signals DRV1, 2 for driving NPN transistors Q9 and Q10 such that the DC current Im1 matches the required current of the motor 70 and delivers the drive signals DRV1, 2 to a gate circuit 16. The NPN transistors Q9 and Q10 of the gate circuit 16 are turned on/off in response to the drive signals DRV1, 2, respectively. Reactors 14 and 15 and the gate circuit 16 limit the amplitude to a specified value and feeds the DC current Im1 matching the required current of the motor 70 on the wiring 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
