<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adhesion without having problems such as complicated treatment processes, deterioration of polyurethane accompanying chlorination, "cracking" of foaming polyurethane caused by an inserted fabric, and peeling of the adhesion, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In manufacturing a vulcanized rubber part, an epoxidated rubber composition layer as an adhesive layer to polyurethane is layered on an unvulcanized robber composition, which is the base body of the vulcanized rubber part, and a thermoplastic polyurethane layer is further layered if necessary to make a layered body. Then, a fabric made of heat resistant fibers, which can be hardly bonded to the front layer of the layered body, to be repeatedly used is mounted on the layered body, and the unvulcanized rubber composition is vulcanized by heating/pressurization. After that, the fabric is removed to make the vulcanized rubber part. The foaming polyurethane shoe with flexibility is provided by using the vulcanized rubber part, which is a ground contact sole of the shoe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
