PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method by which a user can make progress in skillfully and correctly writing characters and drawing pictures. SOLUTION: One side pillar of a hand grip grasp training device 1 is lengthened and fixed to a base. Training(grasping) is carried out consciously moving only four fingers except the thumb. Thus fingertips and the arm become to move smoothly. The effect appears after one to two weeks from starting practice to move the pen point as desired when writing characters or drawing pictures (ballpoint pen picture etc.).
