PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a lift of a multi-story parking system has a pallet transfer device, the pallet transfer device of a conventional chain drive type has problems of noises, elongation of chain and the like, and an inverter is required as a drive moto. SOLUTION: A swing arm is driven by a drive arm fitted with a roller to drive the pallet-transfer device slowly up and down, allowing the device to start slowly, then to gradually increase the speed, to start decelerating in the near middle of operation to stop slowly.
