<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop discharge control method by which a plasma display panel (PDP), a liquid crystal panel or the like is mass-produced, and to provide a liquid drop discharge apparatus and a liquid drop discharge system. <P>SOLUTION: An ink drop discharge data making-up means (16, 18 and 20) makes up ink drop discharge data by resolving bit map data obtained from CAD data into a plurality of bit map data to carry out the ink drop discharge action several times based on the resolution which means precision in separately discharging the required ink drop and the diameter of the ink drop in the deposition so as to prevent the over-lapping and the uniting of the ink drops to each other in the deposition of the ink drop on the substrate and using the resolved bit map data when the ink drop discharge data of final data to deposit the ink drop on the substrate is made up from CAD data showing the pattern formed on the substrate and an ink drop discharge timing control part 34 controls the discharge of the ink drop based on the made-up ink drop discharge data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
