PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a reception telephone number used for participating in a program of radio broadcasting from an information center to the on-vehicle apparatus.

SOLUTION: The on-vehicle apparatus mounted on a vehicle 100 transmits at least a request command of acquiring the reception telephone number of a program and the frequency information of the radio broadcasting to the information center 200. The information center 200 receiving the request command of acquiring the reception telephone number particularizes the broadcast station of the radio broadcasting on the basis of the frequency information of radio broadcasting, searches the reception telephone number of the program of the particularized broadcast station, and transmits the searched reception telephone number to the on-vehicle apparatus.
