Transistor which operates in saturation area is connected with pump transistor (C1). Control transistor operating in linear area, is connected between power supply and gate of transistor. Current mirror (19a) connected to power supply and gate of the pump transistor is also connected to transistor (22a). The current mirror (19a) is connected to gate of transistor (C2), transistor (22d) and to the ground. The specific ends of transistor (22d) are connected to drain of pump transistor (C2). The transistor (22b) is connected to specific end of transistor (22d).
