PURPOSE: An organic field effect light emitting display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a contact resistance by forming a base voltage supply portion by using an opaque metal layer made of metals having small electromotive voltages. CONSTITUTION: An organic field effect light emitting display apparatus includes a field effect light emitting cell array and a base voltage supply line made of at least two opaque metal layers. The base voltage supply line supplies a base voltage to the field effect light emitting cell array. The at least two opaque metal layers includes a first metal layer(159) made of a material equivalent to a gate electrode in a thin film transistor included in the field effect light emitting cell array, a second metal layer(157) formed on the first metal layer and made of a material equivalent to source/drain electrodes in a thin film transistor, and a third metal layer(177) formed on the second metal layer and made of a material equivalent to a cathode electrode in the thin film transistor.
