removing corrosion, oil, paint from external surfaces of cylindrical workpieces and burrs from end faces of cylindrical workpieces. SUBSTANCE: wire brush contains number of wire cutting members provided with cutting surface. The wire cutting members are secured to the through opening provided in mandrel. The cutting surfaces are directed inside the mandrel. The end faces of the mandrel are made in shape of flanges one of which is provided with opening for basing the mandrel relative the workpiece being worked. The cutting wire members are rigidly secured to detachable sleeves. Second flange of the mandrel contains cylindrical surface which receives rigidly fixed end face abrasive member. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to simultaneous treatment of the external surfaces and end face surfaces of the workpiece. 4 cl, 2 dwg
