A heating blow forming apparatus comprising a feeding unit (110), a heating station (112), a transfer unit (114) and a blow forming station (116) which are arranged linearly in the direction A of the conveyance of preforms (118). The feeding unit (110) feeds the preforms (118) having neck portions in inverted postures. The heating station (112) heats a plurality of the preforms (118) simultaneously while they are conveyed in parallel in inverted postures. The transfer unit (114) transfers the preforms (118) heated by the heating unit (112) while they are kept in inverted postures. The preforms (118) transferred by the transfer unit (114) are subjected to blow forming simultaneously by the blow forming station (116) while they are kept in inverted postures to form a plurality of vessels.
