The invention refers to medicine, in particular to oncology and may be used for treatment of locally spread malignant tumors of mucosas and teguments. Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out a cure of radiotherapy, for 2 Gy to a sitting, the treatment cure being of 40 Gy. At the same time, it is concomitantly carried out the hyperthermia at a temperature of 42,0...42,5C, with electromagnetic waves having a frequency of 915 mHz and the exposure within 60 min, 2...3 times to a cure. After finishing the cure of radiotherapy it is applied the ultrasound with the intensity of 7 W/cm2, the frequency of 880...2640 kHz and the exposure within 3...5 min, then it is carried out the cryodestruction followed by the laser therapy (He-Ne) with an intensity of 400...800 mW/cm2 and an exposure within 1...3 min.
