PURPOSE: A method for the online order/certification/settlement/EC(Electronic Commerce) using a mediating server and a P2P(Peer-to-Peer) method is provided to reduce expense for recognizing an ID of an orderer, remove a case that the orderer gives no order by forgetting the ID, and reduce the expense of an order processor caused by the ID recognition. CONSTITUTION: The orderer transfers orderer connection information to the mediating server and stores delivery information of the orderer(s1200). The orderer automatically transmits/stores an orderer ID and a current IP(Internet Protocol) address to a mediating server of a mediator by an automatic login system(s1420). The orderer transfers a server IP to the mediator by receiving the automatically selected information or input information(s1700). A name, the ID, and the current IP of the mediator from order processor information searched by the orderer are transferred to the orderer(s1820). If the orderer selects the name of the order processor, the order processor information is extracted/stored/displayed to an order processor information output window(s2100).
