摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated electric energy/mechanical energy transducer by which the manufacturing cost of the electric energy/mechanical energy transducer can be reduced by easily forming interlayer electrodes on the external side face of a laminate. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the laminated electric energy/mechanical energy transducer includes a laminating step of forming a laminate by alternately laminating a plurality of first layers (3) having electric energy/mechanical energy converting functions and a plurality of second layers (4-1 and 4-2) composed of an electrode material upon one another, a recessed shape forming step of forming a through hole (8) extended in the direction of lamination of the laminate at about the center of the laminate and, at the same time, a recess (2) extended in the direction of lamination of the laminate on the peripheral surface of the through hole or on the external side face of the laminate, and an electrode forming step of forming external electrodes (5) for electrically connecting the second layers (4-1 and 4-2) to each other on the external side face of the laminate on the basis of the position of the recess formed on the laminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
