PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device having smooth steering feel, wherein motor output and auxiliary steering are not changed even if a power supply voltage of a vehicle is changed. SOLUTION: The electric power steering device comprises a motor drive circuit for PWM driving a motor generating auxiliary torque corresponding to steering torque. The motor drive circuit comprises a bridge circuit composed of a plurality of active devices (FET), and a pre-drive circuit 128 switching the active devices (FET) in a high electric potential side of the active devices (FET) through a first boosting circuit 83. A second boosting circuit 82 for boosting the power supply voltage is provided, and the voltage boosted by the second boosting circuit 82 is supplied to the pre-drive circuit 128.
