PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a change in thread drawing amount in various sewing processes. SOLUTION: A button sewing machine is provided with a thread drawing device 50 for varying the thread drawing amount and is provided with an operation control means 90 for storing the data of the respective thread drawing amounts corresponding to the processes of various kinds of sewing in which the thread drawing amounts are different and the order of two or more kinds of sewing which are set and inputted, executing sewing in the order according to the processes of various kinds of sewing and performing the thread drawing operation of the thread drawing device 50 by the thread drawing amount corresponding to the process of the sewing to be executed next in each process of sewing.
