PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane-based coating film material which makes the coexistence of a sufficient pot life and a curability enabling to walk thereon tomorrow, has low viscosity, has good workability, and gives cured coating films having good appearances and physical properties. SOLUTION: This two-pack type polyurethane-based coating film material which can be cured by reacting a main agent consisting mainly of a polyisocyanate compound (a) as a main component with a curing agent consisting mainly of a polyol (b) as an active hydrogen compound is characterized in that the polyisocyanate compound (a) is an isocyanate group-terminated polyurethane prepolymer obtained by reacting diphenylmethane diisocyanate (a1) with a polyol (a2), and the polyol (b) is a mixture of a tertiary aminodiol (c) having one to three nitrogen atoms and not having a hydrogen atom, a nitrogen atom and a hydroxy group directly bound to the nitrogen atoms with a polymer-dispersed polyol (d) in whose base polyol, fine polymer particles are stably dispersed.
