PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel inlet having a sufficient strength against as well a tensile force as a bending force. SOLUTION: The fuel inlet is equipped with an inlet pipe 2 to introduce the fuel to a fuel tank and a breather tube 4 to bleed the air from the fuel tank to the forefront of the inlet pipe 2 when the fuel is poured in. A cylindrical part 16 rising outward in the radial direction of the inlet pipe 2 is provided at the periphery of a connection hole 14 formed at the forefront of the inlet pipe 2, while a diametrically enlarged part 18 is provided at the forefront of the breather tube 4 inserted into the inlet pipe 2 from the cylindrical part 16, and the inlet pipe 2 and the breather tube 4 are brazed together.
