PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and safety after construction in a fixed technology using a recessed part such as H shape steel. SOLUTION: The end part side of a fixing object material constituted in a plate-like body 40, is inserted into the recessed part 51 composed of a flange 50a and a body part 52. The reverse 40a side of the plate-like body 40 is superposed on one flange 50a, and a fixing wedge 10 is arranged on a surface 40b. The fixing wedge 10 is installed on both ends of a connecting rod 30a via a through-hole 53 arranged in the body part 52. A movable wedge 20 is driven in an opening space L arranged between the fixing wedge 10 and the flange 50a, and the fixing object material can be fixed without adopting a bolt fixation.
