PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-cutting scissors by which a zinc sheet is cut only by lifting it a little when cutting an unnecessary zinc sheet when making zinc roof, the zinc sheet is prevented from being damaged due to hitting to the head of a spindle during cutting, a blade can be shortened, a thick zinc sheet can be cut off, and overlapped zinc sheets can be cut off. SOLUTION: As for a shoulder projecting degree which is a distance between a straight line combining the center of the ends of grasping lines 2 and 5 and the center of the spindle 7 and the tangent of the outer edge 21 of a shoulder 9 which is parallel to the straight line, the shoulder projecting degree of a still blade 4 is made to be smaller than that of a moving blade 1. Both of blade parts are bent to the side of the edge part 16 of the moving blade 1.
