<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cold reversing function in such a manner that handles can simultaneously be formed by an external die, and in addition, the handle function being easy to put the hand is not spoiled, and the sealability is increased when box bodies are stacked under a state without a lid body. <P>SOLUTION: This cold reserving box is equipped with a box body 1 which is integrally formed with a resin such as expanded styrene, and wherein an approximately rectangular opening 5 on which a lid body 2 is placed is formed by side walls 4 being erected on a bottom wall 3. On the external bottom surface of the bottom wall 3 of the box body 1, a base section 8 having a shape which is loosely fitted in the opening 5 is projected, and a plurality of the box bodies 1 can be stacked by loosely fitting the base section 8 of the box body 1 on the upper side in the opening 5 of the box body 1 on the lower side. On the external sides of a pair of the side walls 4 being confronted with each other of the box body 1, a handle 16 which is notched from the external peripheral surface 9 of the bottom wall 3 into a rectangular recess-shape, and has a top surface 17, a front surface 18 and right and left side surfaces 19 of specified depth dimensions, and in which the hand can be placed is formed. The front surface lower edge 18a of the handle 16 is projected to the outside from the depth dimensional position 25 of the top surface 17, and a projected surface 20 which continues from the outer peripheral surface 9 of the bottom wall 3 to be flush with the outer peripheral surface 9 is formed.
