PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus capable of giving more uniform illumination to an object to be lighted. SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus has a light guide and an optically transparent film for receiving light from the light guide. The film has a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface has a structure, and the structure has a configuration of a plurality of triangular prisms.
