PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost coating or bonding method for applying a coating material or an adhesive to the part requiring a change in the supply amount thereof of a surface to be coated, and a coating or bonding apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: In this coating method adapted in order to apply the coating agent/adhesive to a part to be coated in the longitudinal direction thereof, the coating agent/adhesive is injected in a syringe means for supplying the coating agent/adhesive agent to the part to be coated in the forward process of the coating process of the syringe means and coating/adhesion is performed in the return process of the syringe means.
