FIELD: manufacturing processes in precise machine engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of creating dimension-controlled elastic working system in gear grinding machine tool and determining position of guiding geometry line in the form of oriented according to pole points arrangements of instantaneous multi-pole engagement of continuous three-dimensional line relative to common crossing point of all rotation axes of all mutually engaged and mutually joined pairs of surfaces of radial thrust bearing. In order to realize it coordinate rotation axis A of attachment supporting worked article is arranged on table in parallel to coordinate axis X of machine tool while arranging coordinate axis B around which said attachment is rotated and which crosses by right angle coordinate axis A in parallel to coordinate axis of machine tool. ^ EFFECT: possibility for working set of precise complex-shape articles at monitoring their geometry and parameters of worked surfaces by means of grinding machine tool used as coordinate-measuring machine. ^ 4 cl, 16 dwg |
