PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for filtering out interference of a signal of different characteristics contained in an input signal and its filtering-out method. SOLUTION: A signal interference filtering-out apparatus includes an IIR notch filter for generating a notch to filter out the signal of different characteristics contained in the input signal, a frequency tracking part for tracking a frequency on a frequency region with respect to the signal of different characteristics contained in the input signal to provision a position value of the notch, and a power ratio calculating part for calculating a power ratio between the input signal and the signal of different characteristics to provision a depth value of the notch which is set in accordance with the calculated power ratio. and the IIR notch filter uses the position value and the depth value to filter out the signal of different characteristics.
